all about?
As you have traversed through this site you have undoubtedly
seen countless references to paid inclusion.
This is the page that will make sense of it all.
Terms:
Paid Inclusion: Membership Fee (The good news is we provide
a way to return it to you and then some!)
Lock-In: To reserve the privileges and benefits of a particular
paid inclusion category.
State level: The highest and most financially
beneficial of the paid inclusion categories.
- Once locked-in at the state level, the Neodemesne state
level member receives all targeted seller/buyer leads for
the zip code of their choice PLUS a 10% residual from each
subsequent County or Zip Code level membership generated by
the Neodemesne web site within that state. This requires no
selling on the part of our members. Basically, it is making
money while you sleep. See

- Furthermore, if the state level member chooses to lock-in
additional Counties and Zips within the state, he/she will
receive the benefits of the residual in the form of a 10%
rebate.
- In addition, ALL seller/buyer state searches will lead directly
to a state page where
the state level member's site* will be prominently
featured, along with a 'Hot Line' contact form targeting the
state level member.
County level: The second highest and financially beneficial
of the paid inclusion categories.
- Once locked-in at the county level, the Neodemesne county
level member also receives all targeted seller/buyer leads
for the zip code of their choice PLUS a 10% residual from
each subsequent
Zip level membership generated by the Neodemesne web site
within that county. Again, this requires no selling on the
part of our members, and as with the state level, it is making
money while you sleep.
- Also, if the County level member chooses to lock-in additional
Zip Codes within the County, he/she will receive the benefits
of the residual in the form of a 10% rebate.
- In addition, ALL seller/buyer county searches will lead
directly to a county
page where the county level member's site*
will be prominently featured, along with a 'Hot Line' contact
form targeting the county level member.
Zip Code level: Our basic membership level.
- Once locked-in at the Zip Code level, the Neodemesne Zip
Code level member also receives all targeted seller/buyer
leads for the zip code of their choice.
- While there is no residual income associated with the Zip
Code level membership, if the Zip Code level member chooses
to lock-in additional Zip Codes anywhere, he/she will
receive those same benefits of the residual in the form of
a 10% rebate.
We tried to come up with a way to "Sweeten the Pot"
for the Zip Code Level Members who don't enjoy the residual
income benefit of the higher level Lock - Ins...and we succeeded!
While this incentive requires a bit more effort than the passive
"money while you sleep" scenario, the potential
is almost mind-boggling. And its simple. Refer someone to
the Paid Inclusion Program (PIP) and if they sign up, at any
level, we will give you a cool $5.00. Off hand I don't know
how many Zip Codes, Counties and States there are (er...OK,
states I know), but I do know there are one heck of a lot
of them. Now multiply "one heck of a lot" x $5.00
and you have "a whole heck of a lot!". Even without
the bells-and-whistles, $29.00 for targeted leads you can't
go wrong. And now we have made it even better. What are you

Paid Inclusion Fees: Currently, the fee structure is
set at a flat rate, on an annual membership basis. As our Internet
popularity grows, we will be closely tracking our results and
will be able to determine the 'hot spots' and will begin to
set a graduated fee schedule based on those statistics.

any modifications to the fee structure.

If Neodemesne should fail to produce leads for you during the
term of your One Year Membership Enrollment, you will get the

Q. This all sounds very interesting, but can you describe
some of the overall dynamics of the Neodemesne Real Estate Portal?
A. Real Estate is an absolutely wonderful commodity,
part of the beauty of it being that there will never be

engine, mostly motivated by the need or desire to find the kind
of creative investment programs offered by those who we consider
to be the backbone of our particular Real Estate niche here at
Neodemesne - the Real Estate Investor. It is the out-of-the-box

a rapidly growing segment of our nation's population to realize

Q. How much money can I expect to make from your paid
inclusions program?
A. Frankly, we cannot make a guarantee of any kind regarding
how much you will make. There are many factors to take into consideration:
- The size of your state:
Do the math! In the larger states, like Texas with many counties
and zip codes, locking-in at the state or county levels can
yield a surprising return in residuals alone, much more so than
in a small state like, say, Delaware, where there are only a
handful of counties.
- The Real Estate market:
As we all know, some areas are much 'hotter' than others in
terms of Real Estate sales, hence some areas will be generating
oodles more targeted leads than others.
- Your own limitations:
If you are handed a hot lead, how well do you rise to the occasion?
Are you inclined to take a 'No' for an answer, rather than proving
the wisdom of the transactions you offer? The value of a
lead, in any sales-oriented situation, is only as good as the
hand that holds it.
What is your level of motivation? It
does say up above you can "make money
while you sleep". That is true. But how much more can you
make if you are "awake"...hmmm? Are you willing to

returns doesn't warrant the membership fee, so I will limit

territory. Beyond a comfortable stretch it is seldom practical

consider this - what is to keep someone in Delaware from locking-in
California, or Texas or just about any other state, purely for
the residuals?
This line of reasoning holds true for counties as well. And

immediate Farm may not be useful to you in terms of turning
